Refund & Shipping Policies
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped, free of charge. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@fitease.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Refund & Return Policy
- 30-Day Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging/accessories. Email support@fitease.com to start a return.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Returns may be denied for used/damaged items or outside the 30-day window, unless due to our error.
Shipping Policy
- Free Standard Shipping (US only) on all orders.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days.
- Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@fitease.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your item under the 30-day policy and place a new order.
