I purchased this to use after exercise. I do strength and cardio classes a few days a week and my autoimmune arthritis in my back was a problem. This has been a game changer to avoid stiffness right after exercise, especially in the cold weather. It works well, heats up quickly, and charges well. The adjustable straps are great if you also like a little compression. It has a vibration but I personally don't use it. The temp set is easy to navigate and by pushing the power button you can lock the temp so that you don't change it by accident. The battery power % also displays easily on the screen to know when it's ready for a charge. I'd definitely recommend this if you need a mobile heating device for your low back at a very reasonable price point.

so far it works well. the vibration and heat is on the weak side but for the low price it's good value. for those with minor and periodic back pain i recommend this. if you have strong and every day back pain i recommend the $200 massager.

Love the vibration and heat - feels like sitting in a massage chair. Love it.
