    Comfortable and versatile

Comfortable fit and versatile functionality. It takes a little getting used to the function buttons but once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use.

    For my shoulder

I have some tearing issues in my shoulder and really don't want to go under the knife. Well this has helped me tremendously! When the shoulder/arm pain starts acting up (the burning throbbing pain), I put this on, with the included strap, set some heat and vibration mode, and instantly the pain is gone. To keep the pain away though, I must wear it for about 15 minutes. I can then go days/weeks without having to use it again. Love it!

Heat is nice, red light is a bit of a gimmick

I got this for the heat function, and because it can be worn on knee or shoulder. For that, it works pretty well, though the control pack thing being where it is does make this feel bulky to wear. But it works well and heats up decently. The red light is really bright and I really don't think it does much. The whole concept feels like more of a trend than something thats really helpful, medically. That said, it doesn't hurt to use it and give it a chance. But thats not what I got this for. As a heating pad that can be used on knees and shoulders, it works well, and I like it.

Versatile and works well but could use some improvements

I got this for an issue I have with a meniscus that comes and goes. For that- this "brace" works great. I say "brace" in quotes because it really doesn't provide much support and wouldn't be great for walking around in, but that's fine with me because I got it with the intention of using it in short bursts to help with recovery.

The material is soft and flexible, making it comfortable to wear. The red lights really do seem to help with recovery time and they also provide some nice warmth when on (about 110 degrees F). If heat is what you want though, this brace also functions as a heating pad and gets pretty hot (about 150 degrees F) on the highest level.

I also ended up getting hit on the outside/rear on my other knee and had a huge bruise. Because of the flexible material and that that you can stick the Velcro straps anywhere on it I was able to awkwardly wrap it on the side of my knee. It helped with the soreness and the bruise went away much quicker than it would have otherwise. I have also found this useful for when my lower back is sore. It is flexible enough to lay nearly flat and it comes with a soft Velcro extension piece so it can wrap all the way around my waist to help hold it in place when using like this.

As much as I like this thing, there are a few things I feel could be improved upon:
    - The battery life isn't great (I only get a little more than 2 uses (30 minutes each) when using all of the lights
    - You cannot use it while charging (it shuts off as soon as you plug it in)
    - There is no battery indicator or way to see the battery percentage remaining unless it is plugged in and charging
    - You can't remove the battery so the whole thing is hand wash only
    - There is no real support provided and the battery is in an awkward place so it isn't very good for walking around in
    - It would be nice to have a few more LEDs going outward (maybe a couple more LEDs in each strap) to help with the knee's supporting muscles
